■詳細説明
New rearsets for Aprilia RSV4／RF／1100 Factory and Tuono V4／ V4 1100Factory 2009-2022，which are part of new line of componentscompletely produced in our factory using the best technologies andraw material currently available on the market. They are the resultof our gained experience as technical supplier of Aprilia Racing in2015，where we got the first place in the European Stock 1000 withLorenzo Savadori e and we also realized many parts for theSuperbike of Leon Haslam and Jordi Torres.

Right in 2015 was born our idea with Aprilia Racing to change thestructure of the rear sets and make it with monolithique plateswithout spacers.
The regulation of the riding position became easier and faster justchanging the place of the foot pegs.
From then，this system characterize all our rear sets.

The new rearsets are lighter (from 8％ to 10％ depending of themodel) then our previous ones.
Thanks to the use of premium aluminium alloy and centesimalaccuracy processes，we found the best torce resistance also reducinga lot of weight.

Thanks to the use of new CNC machines，the new rear sets are totallymachined from solid (lines of 0，8 mm) using 3D technology.
The new hard anodization system makes the parts glossy and shinyand guarantee a better durability.

The brake and shift levers are fully mounted on ball bearings inspecific steel bushing to guarantee the best precision and longdurability and now are supplied of a slide to have a micrometricalregulation of the front toe pegs and permit to the rider to findthe best position on the motorbike.
Both the front toe pegs (brake and shift) are now made in rubber toguarantee a better comfort and better grip as well.

The rearsets are plug and play，arranged for standard or racingshifting.

The new rearsets are produced in 3 different versions：
・hard anodized in black，with aluminium heel guard
・hard anodized in black，with carbon heel guard
・hard anodized in silver，with carbon heel guard

・Machined from solid billet aluminum
・Standard or reverse shifting
・Plug ＆ play also with new Aprilia sensor (with triplefunction)
・Micrometrical regulation of the toe pegs
・Brake ／ shift toe pegs in rubber to guarantee a great comfort andgrip as well
・Predetermined breaking points in case of crash (to limit／avoid therisk of frame’s damage)
・Fully mounted on ball bearings in specific steel bushing
・Hard anodized with shiny treatment
